Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with notaru. If it's not for you, getting your money back is simple.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked. Just email us and we'll refund you.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. After the 14-day window, cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. The remainder of an already-paid period is non-refundable, but you won't be charged again.

How to request a refund

Email luka@notaru.ai from the address on your account, and we'll take care of it. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country (for example, the EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital purchases). Nothing here limits those rights.
